How Gift Vouchers Work

When you purchase a gift voucher/s at the checkout you will be asked:

1. Who the voucher is from (the senders/your details).
2. The recipients name.
3. The recipients email address.
4. The date and time the voucher must be delivered (leave blank to send asap).
5. A message to appear on the gift voucher.

At completion of the checkout process and when payment has been confirmed the gift voucher/s will be sent automatically to the recipient at the date and time specified, with instructions on how to redeem the voucher/s.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed in store or online via our webstore checkout. Any credit not used in a online shopping session will remain as credit on their account.

• Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
