- Equip+ Loyalty points are currently issued at the rate of 3 points for every $1 spent online. 100 x points is equal to $1.00 eg: 500 x points = $5.00
- Points can be redeemed against future purchases online.
- Unused points expire after 12 months.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points are not issued when purchasing gift cards/vouchers but are issued on their redemption*
EquipOutdoors Membership Terms & Conditions
- EquipOutdoors requires you to have an exclusive email address to be able to register for as a member and create an account.
- We will contact you by email and/or standard post from time to time to keep you informed of any EquipOutdoors membership benefits and special offers. By creating a membership account, you agree to be contacted for this purpose. You can opt out of receiving information at any time if you choose to do so.
- EquipOutdoors will take all measures to ensure compliance with the Privacy Act in relation to your personal information. View our full Privacy Policy details.
- You can alter and update your personal information at any time online via our website through your account login
- You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us here or writing to us at EquipOutdoors, Po Box 51, Whatawhata, New Zealand, 3261. If you cancel your EquipOutdoors membership, any Equip+ Loyalty Points held on your account will be forfeited and are not able to be reinstated.
- EquipOutdoors reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions and any benefits or offered discounts of the membership at any time. Any updates or changes to our membership terms and conditions will be posted on our website.
- Continued participation in the EquipOutdoors membership will indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- EquipOutdoors may cancel the membership of any member at any time, at its absolute discretion. EquipOutdoors reserves the right to terminate the membership and loyalty points offering at any time without prior notice.
- EquipOutdoors is not responsible for any correspondence lost or delayed in the mail, or emails which have been delayed or lost because of a malfunction or breakdown in any electronic system.
- Equip+ Loyalty points do not apply to gift voucher/card purchases, free products, repair or service work.
- To receive EquipOutdoors membership deals and Equip+ Loyalty points online you will need to login to your account prior to making your purchase. To receive the membership discount and Equip+ Loyalty points in-store, please advise us of your name and email address prior to purchase.
- Membership rewards points and any associated benefits cannot be applied after the purchase is made if you were not logged into your account prior to purchasing.
- Equip+ Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed against the purchase of physical products.
- Layby sales. Where a purchase is made using the Layby payment option, Equip+ Loyalty points are not applied to the purchase until after the purchase is fully paid.
- Credit returns. Where a product was purchased using Equip+ Loyalty points and subsequently returned for a full or partial refund, any points that were redeemed during the initial purchase will be refunded back as points to the Equip+ members account.
Membership Shipping Terms & Conditions
- EquipOutdoors members receive free delivery on all items when you spend $150.00 or more in a single online transaction.
- North Island deliveries are expected to be delivered in 1-3 business days.
- South Island deliveries are expected to be delivered in 3-5 business days.
- Deliveries to RD addresses may take an additional 1-3 business days.
- All membership free deliveries are sent on a non-urgent basis. Urgent deliveries may attract a delivery charge. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will contact you to confirm the delivery charge prior to shipping your order.
- Additional freight charges apply for non-standard items eg: Dangerous goods or for deliveries to non-standard addresses or unusual locations. Saturday deliveries also attract an additional charge.
- Large / heavy or bulky items such as large tents or dimensionally long items will be sent via a bulk road transport carrier. Due to the size / weight and nature of these products, delivery can take a little longer but is usually 3-7 days from when we dispatch the product.
- Free shipping is not applicable for orders to overseas delivery addresses. If your delivery address is outside of New Zealand we will contact you to confirm delivery options and costs prior to shipping your order.
NB: Refunds for membership orders shipped on a freight free basis.
Where an item/s are returned for a refund by a member, if the item/s were originally shipped on a freight free basis EquipOutdoors reserves the right to deduct a handling charge from the refund. The handling charge is calculated based on what the shipping cost would have been as per our website if ordered as a non-member.
Please contact us prior to returning the item(s) so we can discuss the options for both the product you wish to replace and any applicable freight charges or deductions.
