- Shipping Rates:
- For delivery within New Zealand, shipping rates for non-members start at $8.90 and vary based on the product's weight and dimensions.
- How to Calculate Shipping:
- Use our convenient shipping calculator on each product page to estimate the shipping cost.
- Alternatively, you can check the shipping cost in your shopping cart or during checkout.
- Free Shipping for Members:
- Good news for our valued members! Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150.

Pick up from Store:
- Click & Collect available.
- Select Pick Up from Store - Free during checkout.
- 'Online Only' items may experience supplier delays.
Processing and Dispatch:
- Orders for in-stock items received before 2:00 pm (Tuesday to Friday) are typically dispatched the following business day.
- Weekend orders are processed on Mondays, and Monday orders are processed the next day (Tuesday), excluding statutory holidays.
Order Volumes and Time-frames:
- Time-frames are subject to change based on order volumes, promotions, seasons, and holidays.
- Statutory holidays and peak seasons may affect dispatch and delivery times.
- Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Orders within New Zealand:
- Local orders are shipped via Post Haste Couriers.
- Deliveries are on a 'signature required' basis.
- Select 'signature not required on delivery' only if secure; we're not responsible for parcels left without a signature.
Expected Dispatch & Estimated Shipping Times:
- North Island: 1-3 business days from dispatch.
- South Island: 3-5 business days from dispatch.
- RD addresses may take an additional 1-3 business days.
Large/Bulky Items:
- Large or heavy items shipped via Mainfreight may take 3-7 days.
- Remote areas may require collection from the nearest delivery company depot.
Additional Charges Apply For
- Non-standard items, rural areas, specific addresses, Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stuart, or Chatham Islands.
- Saturday deliveries or deliveries outside regular hours.
International Shipping:

Membership Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Free Delivery Eligibility: EquipOutdoors members enjoy free delivery on orders of $150.00 or more in a single online transaction, excluding dangerous goods like gas canisters, aerosol cans, or liquid fuel products.
- Additional Charges: Freight charges may apply for non-standard items or deliveries to non-standard addresses, unusual locations (e.g., Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stuart, or Chatham Islands), or addresses not on the North or South Islands of New Zealand. A delivery surcharge will apply accordingly.
- Saturday & Off-Hour Deliveries: Deliveries on Saturdays or outside regular hours will attract an additional charge.
- Delivery Priority: All membership-free deliveries are sent on a non-urgent basis. Urgent deliveries may incur an extra charge. If urgent, inform us, and we'll confirm the delivery charge before shipping your order.
- International Shipping: Not available
- Refunds for Membership Orders: For refunded membership orders shipped on a freight-free basis, EquipOutdoors may deduct a handling charge. The charge is calculated based on the shipping cost for non-members. Confirmation of this amount will precede the deduction.
- Return Procedures: Contact us before returning items to discuss replacement options and any applicable freight charges or deductions.
Track & Trace:
- You will receive a Track & Trace reference via email for all orders.
- Track your delivery through your account or our homepage footer under 'Service>Track Order'.
- Statutory Holidays, Peak Seasons & Business Days:
- Dispatch and delivery times may be affected by statutory holidays and peak seasonal periods (courier companies do not operate on Statutory Holidays) - but we will also process your orders as quickly as possible.
- Business days: Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & statutory holidays.
