Payment Options

Payments can be made in any of the following ways.
Send a Cheque – Select the “Send Cheque” option at the time of your order processing and then post your cheque payment to our postal address. All cheque payments require 7 days to clear. Once payment has cleared, your order will be sent. 

Phone, Fax or Mail – Select the “Print your order” option at the time of your order processing and fax or mail it to us. If you would prefer to phone your order to us you can, if our office is unattended, please leave your details and we will contact you to process your order. 

Direct Bank Deposit – Select the "Direct Bank Deposit" option at the time of your order processing to make payment by direct credit from your bank account to ours. This can be done by Internet banking online, phone banking or by making payment in person at any Bank of New Zealand branch.

Before making payment, first wait for confirmation of your order and the total price including any shipping costs etc. When your deposit is confirmed we will send your goods and let you know they are on the way.

Account details for payment via Internet banking, phone banking or branch deposit are provided by the website at the time of your order being processed. In the event of these not been received or lost they are as follows:

NB: To ensure the prompt processing of your order and to avoid shipping delays, please put your order number in the reference section and include the name shown on the order. Payments made without a reference or incorrect information cannot be processed immediately and could potentially be delayed until payment details are clarified.

 International payments made directly to our bank account incur additional fees. All fees incurred by us to receive payment are the purchasers responsibility, please ensure that payment for these fees is included when making payment to our account.

Credit Card - Select the appropriate card type at the time of your order processing. We accept payment using Visa or Mastercard.
PayPal - Select PayPal at the time of your order processing.

Q Card & Farmers Card - Select the "Call me for payment" option and we will contact you for your Q Card or Farmers Card details to process your payment over the phone manually.




Finance is offered via Gilrose Finance. Applications can be made directly with Gilrose via their online Finance Application page or directly with us in store.

EquipOutdoors offers a Layby payment plan for all purchases over $100.00 - Our Layby Terms and conditions are as follows:  A 10% deposit is to be paid at the time of your purchase. The remaining balance must be paid within a three month period or sooner. The 10% deposit must be paid within 7 days of order confirmation. If for any reason the lay-by is cancelled, payments made will be refunded in full but maybe subject to a handling fee of up to 20%, if applicable. Once payment is received in full, your order will be sent. To use our Layby payment option, choose the Layby payment option during the checkout stage. By using the Layby payment option you agree to our Layby Terms & Conditions, these will be emailed along with a break down of the initial deposit, weekly Layby payments amounts and our bank account details for payment. When making Layby payments via Bank Transfer please use the Order # supplied with your order confirmation. Payments can be made via Credit Card, but you will need to contact us directly by phone with your credit card details each time you wish to make a payment.
