All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and include 15.00 % GST* (Goods and Services Tax) You can alter the currency of all prices in the shop by clicking on the Select Currency Link on the site and choosing the appropriate currency. All overseas or international orders are GST exclusive. When browsing from an overseas location GST will automatically be deducted from the prices shown. *With goods that are shipped to an overseas address, but ordered locally in New Zealand the GST is automatically deducted through the checkout process.

Currently our website accepts overseas orders shipping to Australia, East Asia*, United States, Canada, UK & Europe*. International customers outside these regions can contact us directly via email here

We collect customers contact information (such as email addresses) delivery information (physical address) and financial information (credit card numbers) This information is used to send orders to our customers, make contact with our customers when necessary, and to bill the customer for products and services.

We do not collect personal information without your knowledge, nor do we resell or distribute any site visitor data.

All orders are processed via a Secure Server Link (SSL) Secure mode allows you to pass securely encrypted data over the Internet. Your order information is sent using 128 bit Encryption by PGP Security.

You can enter your credit card number on a secure page and transmit the information over the Internet to a secure server without risk of an intermediary obtaining your credit card information. All orders are captured and sent securely by Santu and then sent via email fully encrypted using PGP directly to us for processing.

Customer details are only ever entered into our database upon the purchase of a product or in the participation of our newsletter or membership account service.

No one will ever ‘spam’ you because they have obtained information about you from us.

We undertake to remove any or all of your information from our database immediately upon your request.

You can at anytime request to be removed from our membership account service or be unsubscribed from our email newsletter or postal mail out lists.

EquipOutdoors reserves the right to retain customer purchase history in the event that it may be used for the purposes of a warranty claim.


Out-of-stock items

We try to keep our inventory as up to date as possible. In the event that an item is unavailable you will be notified and given the available options. These options may include; the purchase of a different colour, a different model, a different size, the delivery at a later specified time or cancellation of the order.

It is our policy that credit cards are not charged until the day your order ships. We typically do not ship part orders, if you choose to modify your order we will alter the freight charge accordingly. 


Membership Accounts

By joining the EquipOutdoors website as a member you agree to receive from time to time special offers and or newsletters from us. EquipOutdoors reserves the right to withdraw or amend any discount or special offers to members without notice at any stage. Members may ask to be removed from our members list by contacting us via email and asking to be removed. You can also at any stage un-subscribe from our membership email list.
