By joining the EquipOutdoors website as a member you agree to receive from time to time special offers and or newsletters from us. EquipOutdoors reserves the right to withdraw or amend any discount or special offers to members without notice at any stage. Members may ask to be removed from our members list by contacting us via email and asking to be removed. You can also at any stage un-subscribe from our membership email list. EquipOutdoors reserves the right to remove or suspend any members account without notice at any stage. 


All freight free deliveries are sent on a non-urgent basis. North Island deliveries are typically still an overnight service, with South Island deliveries a 48-72 hour service. Urgent deliveries may attract a delivery charge. We will contact you to confirm the delivery charge prior to shipping your order.

NB: Refunds for membership orders shipped on a freight free basis.

Where an item/s are returned for a refund by a member, if the item/s were originally shipped on a freight free basis EquipOutdoors reserves the right to deduct a handling charge from the refund. The handling charge is calculated based on what the shipping cost would have been as per our website if ordered as a non-member. We will confirm this amount with you prior to deducting it from the refund.

Please contact us prior to returning the item(s) so we can discuss the options for both the product you wish to replace and any applicable freight charges or deductions.
